The 89138 Zip Code is on the far West side of Summerlin, with the 215 Beltway on the East side and the Red Rock Conservation area on the West side. This includes the Vistas and the Paseos of Summerlin.
The community was planned with numerous parks that you will find throughout the area. The first homes were built in the Vistas in 2003. By the time the market slowed, construction had expanded into the Paseos on the Western edge of the zip code.
While most of the communities in the 89138 zip code have been completed, we are seeing builders coming back to finish a few of the remaining communities. KB Homes is now building in the Kingswood Crest Community just off Charleston and Vista Run. Floor plans range from 2072 to 2712 s.f. Prices are starting in the $200’s.
In the Paseos, Lennar and Woodside are now building new homes in the Andalusia community, and Toll Brothers is finishing construction on the final home sites in the Barcelona Community. Prices start in the mid-$300’s with floorplans ranging from 2986 s.f. to 3864 s.f. in Andalusia. In Barcelona the current floorplans are 3393 and 3607 s.f.
The Linda Givens Elementary School is located in the Vistas community/89138 zip code. The neighborhood is now served by a new shopping center at Desert Foothills and Charleston where you can shop for groceries at Albertson’s or grab a Starbucks. A few miles West and you can go hiking at the Red Rock Conservation or to the East you’ll find the Center of Summerlin.
