The golf course at Southern Highlands was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. With golf membership limited to 360 and by invitation only, this is regarded as one of the more exclusive courses in Las Vegas. In addition to the course, the community has a 13,000 square foot state of the art spa, with an additional 4000 square foot fitness center. There is a 25 meter lap pool, complete with cabanas with TVs and a separate children’s pool. Tennis is also available at the spa.

The guard-gated golf course community includes semi-custom homes built by Christopher in communities such as Beleza. Homes in Beleza are on one third to half acre lots with 3000 to over 6000 square feet of living space and many offer 3-4 car garages. Custom homes are located in the Estates at Southern Highlands. Homes are on lots of one third acre to over an acre. Vacant lots are still available for those who want to build their own luxury home.
Southern Highlands also features smaller homes that are priced more moderately. Currently, builders are offering new homes in non-gated and mechanically gated communities. Southern Highlands has something suitable for most budgets.
