The Club at Madeira Canyon in Anthem Highlands is a guard-gated community that features an excellent club house with community swimming pool, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts. All of this at the base of the Black Mountains and bordered by the Sloan National Conservation area. While the elevation gives many of these beautiful homes incredible Strip views, many homeowners prefer starring off at the vast wildnerness of the Sloan National Park.

Pulte Homes started this community as an expansion into the high end market. The first homes were constructed in 2006. At that time, Pulte Homes was building eight different floorplans which varied from single story homes with 2096 sf to larger two story homes with 4805 sf. In addition to the size of the homes, many of the homebuyers opted to have the third garage finished as a guest casita. As the market slowed, so did the construction of new homes and Pulte adapted by focusing on the floor plans that have been the most popular.
In addition to resale homes in The Club at Madeira Canyon, new homes are still being built by Pulte and now Richmond American is also building new homes inside the guard-gates.
